Webifier Styles

Webifier styles are really nothing more than a set of CSS rules for the pages in a web gallery. So if you know CSS, then creating your own style is easy. To create your own style, just follow these steps:

Create a new folder for your style under your Webifier\styles folder. The name of this folder is what will be displayed by Webifier.
Inside that folder, create a CSS file called "webifier.css" that contains your style rules. You can create it from scratch, or copy one of the existing styles and modify it to suit your tastes.
If your style uses any custom graphics, add those files to the folder you created for your style.
Create a 200x200 preview picture named "preview.jpg" and put that in the folder you created for your style.
That's it! If you want to share your style, post it on my message board.

As for the styles themselves, they can contain anything you want. To help with styling, I created a few classes and a few id's:

Each thumbnail is in a div (that's inside another div) with the class "sws_thumbnail".
The outer div of the thumbnail is class "sws_tnbox".
On picture pages, the full-sized picture is in a div (inside another div) with the class class "sws_container".
The page heading and description are in a div with the class "sws_stackable".
The index, next, and prev elements are unnumbered list items. The list has the "sws_navigation" id.
The index entries for individual pages are also in an unnumbered list with the "sws_navlist" id.

Webifier depends on the definitions of the classes for the look and feel of the index page and individual pages, so it's not recommended that you include definitions for the classes in your styles. Webifier hard codes some information for the classes directly into the html, so some information in your style may be overridden by that information anyway (future Webifier versions will ease these limitations). The id's, on the other hand, were created specifically to support user-created styles, so change them (and add styles to any element!) to your heart's content.
